Roger Thomas
An experienced ‘people development’ trainer who has been facilitating learning events for over 20 years. Roger designs and runs bespoke, interactive and fun training, based on tangible business objectives. He has organised team builds, coached individuals, presented to European business managers and even won awards for Diversity projects (2007). Roger’s background is in the recruitment, enterprise, marketing and training sectors.
He has trained with, amongst others, the Chartered Institute of Marketing, ASK Training and Team Focus Training, becoming a trained 360 degree feedback facilitator, a Myers Briggs Type Indicator assessor and an Investors in People internal assessor. Roger has lived in Salisbury for the last 17 years and was formerly the vice chair of the South Wiltshire Learning Partnership and a member of the South Wiltshire Economic Partnership. His core values are built on integrity, honesty, enthusiasm and family life. |
