We are looking to recruit a Financial Administrator on behalf of an established Independent Financial Advisor based in the centre of Salisbury. This is a unique opportunity to join a small dedicated team to lend invaluable support covering a period of 12 months.
Our client has been successfully operating for over 24 years. They offer a superb work life balance to their staff in return for commitment and work ethic, the client is happy to extend this to the successful candidate covering this maternity period.
Applicants must have working knowledge of pensions, life assurance and investments. Candidates familiar with Transact and The Exchange systems would prove very beneficial to the client.
Any applicants need to be literate, numerate and experienced in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Candidates need to work with autonomy, be self-motivated and have a flexible approach to working tasks. Attention to detail, strong communication skills and a positive persona are essential qualities for this role along with the ability to work discreetly with respect for data protection.
The minimum contracted hours for this assignment is 12 hours a week, although this can be increased and flexible for the right individual.
The hourly rate for this role is £9.00 for the right candidate.
