- From £18,270 per annum - Permanent
To support the Policy Adjudicator Manager by undertaking administrative and research tasks, as directed.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
General administrative duties
Maintain an up to date version of the company Directory.
Maintain and monitor consumer/agent satisfaction surveys.
Proof read external publications (e.g. Annual Report, consultation responses, guidance documents).
Provide administrative support for external events (e.g. maintaining list of exhibition equipment, hotel and travel bookings, conference administration).
Liaise with external suppliers in relation to the production of printed literature and branded equipment.
Where required, provide administrative support in relation to Codes of Practice and published consumer/agent guidance.
Provide administrative support for projects
Maintain an up-to-date 'policy library’.
Research key issues (as directed) to assist in developing an effective policy framework to support organisations aims and objectives.
Investigate emerging issues (as directed) to identify information relevant to organisation
Gather and collate information from within the organisation required as part of ongoing approval under various regulations.
Collate consumer/agent survey data.
Skills, qualities and experience:
Excellent organisational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
High level of IT literacy (especially Microsoft Word and Excel).
Good knowledge of the various forms of social media.
A common-sense approach to confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data.
Strong analytical skill set, with the ability to collate and summarise data.
An understanding of the UK property sector with an awareness of current issues.
Experience of dispute resolution.
An awareness of reputation management / public relations.
Willingness to work flexibly when required
