The Future Is Bright!

Last week 15 Year 10 students from St Joseph's Catholic School descended on our offices to undergo a week of training, seminars and Apprentice style tasks to introduce them to the world of work.

The Five Rivers Recruitment "Business of Business" Course proved to be a great success, with guest speakers giving the students insight into marketing, branding, design, finance and the skills needed to start your own business.

The final task was to organise a launch event for a new recruitment agency in Salisbury, and the directors of Five Rivers Recruitment looked on a little nervously at the potential competition as the students pitched their ideas (unfortunately Lord Sugar wasn't available, but we had our own panel in instead!).

We were delighted to welcome the students to our offices and hopefully many of them will be coming to us in a few years time looking for staff of their own.  From what we saw here the future generations of entreprenuers in Salisbury means our city is in great hands!
